You can browse around cece without an account. However, if you want to host property or an experience or if you want to make reservations or bookings of any Soulstays or Stream experiences, then you will need to create an account.
You can create an account by clicking on the Account tab on the top right corner of the site and select the ‘Sign Up’ option from the dropdown menu. You can create an account via email, phone, Facebook or Google. However, adding an email ID is mandatory as this will be the primary channel of communication for your bookings and other activities on CeCe.

cece is a growing community of Creators. Experiences of every kind, such as art, cooking, dance, wellness, activities, entertainment, lifestyle, DIY etc. There is no restriction on the kind of experiences you can host here. Our top featured categories are

To become a host, you have to create an account with us and then choose either the ‘host experience’ if you want to host an online experience. We look forward to hearing your ideas and assisting all you wonderful creators in setting up a new experience. Our team will then review your experience entry/pricing and slots and let you know if the experience has been approved to be listed on cece. The process generally takes anywhere between 1-3 weeks.
Anybody can apply to be a host; we will review your application and keep you informed of the status. There are no limits to the number of experiences that you could host on our platform
You can register on cece for free as a Creator, host an experience and charge people for attending the sessions. You can set sessions timings and amounts as per your convenience.
You can register on Cece for free at no cost. We do not charge the Creators for setting up their experience either. Cece works in a transparent cost-plus pricing model, we add our commission to the amount you set for each experience. For further details, please check the policy agreements shared upon signing up with us.
- Online Experiences hosted by cece Creators permits guests to participate and interact in cece stream experiences while from the comfort of their homes. The uniqueness of an online experience lies in the flexibility, ease of joining and convenient time duration (45 mins – 120 mins).
- The expenses for an online experience are also generally less than what it costs to host in person, so your pricing should also reflect this. All you need is a good camera and a strong internet connection so you can stream audio and video during your experience. There are no geographical restrictions and people can join these sessions from all over the world.
cece Creators will be given access to a pro zoom account to conduct their online sessions. Zoom allows Creators and the guest(s) to join the call with Audio and Video through which Creators can conduct a fun and interactive session Once your online experience is approved on cece we will send a zoom activation link to your registered email address.
- Please ensure you have adequate space to conduct your online experience. For Art related or other physical activity, please ensure you are equipped with the required material before your session.
- After you sign up, test your internet connection by joining a test meeting and get familiar with its features. You can use the following speed test website and check the metrics mentioned below :

For 1:1 video calling:
- For high-quality video: 600kbps (up/down)

cece is a Creator Marketplace that provides a platform to all amateur and professional Creators who wish to showcase their talent to the world. Cece collaborates with such Creators on a freelance/non-exclusive basis, hence there is no employment agreement between the two parties.
We value our host community, and we want to ensure our commercial collaborative relationship is a long-lasting one. Both parties must be aware of the mutual rights and responsibilities.
As a Creator with cece, you are responsible for the following:
- Managing your experience and updating it with accurate and elaborate information.
- Manage bookings and timely communication with the guests.
- Making necessary arrangements to provide services
Mutual Marketing effort with cece team to promote experiences
We allow each Creator to customise their cancellation policy while creating their experience. If the creator does not wish to have a unique cancellation policy, then the session automatically qualifies under the default cece cancellation policy.
Cece sends out an instant email communication to the Creator when there is a guest booking on your experience session. The email will be shared with the creators about the registered email address on cece. Also, a member from the cece team would be in touch to resolve any queries.
Cece encourages Creators not to make changes to schedules/ experiences after the same are on the website. However, in case of any emergencies or valid reasons, we request that the creator inform the team well in advance and ensure the proper communication to cece and guests if any.
All Creator dues (based on session bookings) will be paid as per the payment cycles mentioned in the Creator contract (VEP contract). For any queries, grievances, we request you to write to us at cecehostsupport@travel.earth. Kindly describe the issue elaborately and we will surely get back to you.

If a session of your liking does not have any upcoming slots, you could click on request availability and choose from preferred dates and time slots. The Creator and cece will coordinate to make the session available for the requested dates. You could also send a customised message with a request to the Creators using this feature.
Absolutely! If you have any queries that you’d like to clarify with the Creators, do message them on the contact information provided/ via the cece message host button and they would be happy to engage with you.
The cece platform does not permit direct contact with the hosts. You can contact your host through the CeCe messages tab on the experience page. If you have a particular request from the host/ team, you could write to us at the support email address support.cece@travel.earth.

We ask our users for some information before they can book with us. This is generally pertaining to contact information such as their name, email address, phone number and payment details. This helps us contact you, keep communication lines open and helps ease the booking process. Don’t worry, your information is safe with us.
For all cece services, please make the payment directly on the cece platform during your reservation or booking process to be protected by our Payment Terms of Services. Our Payment Terms of Services will not protect you from any payments made outside cece.
After a session is booked on cece, you will instantly receive an email on the registered email address (the login email). In case, you have not received an email in your inbox, please check the spam section. If you have not received a confirmation of your booking, please contact support.cece@travel.earth and let us know the details of your booking. We will check our records and get back to you as soon as possible.

- You will get an option to cancel your booking through your account in ‘My Trips’ or through the email confirmation of your booking. Once cancelled, you will receive a refund within a few business days, as applicable.
- Full and partial refunds are based on the cancellation policy of CeCe and/or the host (for Soulstays). Please check the refund and cancellation policy for your booking to know your eligibility for a refund. You can view our general refund and cancellation policy here.
The cece platform uses a third-party payment gateway to enable online transactions. In the case of a refund scenario, the convenience fee is non-refundable after the transaction has been made on the cece platform.
cece takes utmost care while listing experiences on its platform, However, due to any unforeseen circumstances, if the host/experience does not offer as promised, then cece will assist guests if the same has been reported within 12 hours of the experience slot timing. In the event of such escalations, guests must send an email to cecerefunds@travel.earth with details of any discrepancies in what was booked and what the guest has experienced. The guest must also provide contact details. The cece team will then get in touch to resolve the issue.
If the guest cancels his/her booking within the mentioned cancellation period then anyway the guest will receive the refund as per policy. However, if the cancellation happens outside the cancellation period and is because of an emergency, cece will actively consider the case and determine the refund amount in consultation with the stream experience creator. Please contact the cece team by sending an email to cecerefunds@travel.earth with details of the reasons for cancellation. The guest must also provide contact details. The cece team will then get in touch to resolve the issue.
We send refunds immediately upon cancellation and they usually show up within 5-8 working days, but sometimes it takes as long as 15 working days before they reflect on the original payment method. In some countries, the process may take longer than usual depending on the prevalent governing laws of the country.
