About Host

Reena began her journey as an artist several years ago. For the last ten years, she has been teaching art to art lovers from her art studio. Her art studio is the ideal place for all art enthusiasts to explore their creativity and artistic instincts.

She works across many genres and works with several different techniques. She likes to experiment with different textures and mediums. She is a talented artist and her expertise, creativity, and personal connection are the highlights of the sessions she takes.

About the session

Mandala conceptually means a circle which is a geometric configuration of symbols. In many spiritual traditions, mandala therapy was used for increasing focus and attention, as a guidance tool for establishing sacred space, and also as an aid to meditation and trance induction. Originally Mandalas represent wholeness and this Cosmic Diagram represents the relation between infinity and the world that exists beyond and within various minds and bodies. These experiences at times ruffle your core and create many triggers and swirls which in turn give rise to certain imbalances in your system. Mandala therapy helps align your Body, Mind, and Soul. And guides you on how to connect with your deeper, hidden, and unhidden thoughts, understand your world and work on your shadows and strengths, and live life from a deeper state of consciousness and awareness.   TOPIC 1 – Self Awareness: When we speak of Self, deep down we talk about our identity. When we let someone know us well, we reveal our true selves to them. We all have our own unique way of Self. The journey from being conscious about your own identity (ego) to becoming aware of your conscious, knowing, and understanding your own character, feelings, motives and desires, constitutes the core of Self-Awareness. Join in, to take an inward and outward journey to get in touch with the deeper parts of you, to ruffle the feathers a bit and to meet the Calm in you.   TOPIC 2 – Decoding the colors: The science of colors is sometimes called Chromatics. The Presence of Light reveals the presence of Colors. Travel between Physics and Psychology of colors to discover the language of colors, what they speak to you, and what they want to communicate. Explore more about how you identify with these colors in your life.   TOPIC 3 – Language of Chakras and You: Chakras -> Wheel -> Circle -> are various focal points used in various meditation practices. These are energy centers that connect your physical and subtle body. The subtle body is energy. Though there are 88,000 chakras throughout the subtle body, broadly these can be classified into 7 main chakras of our physical body. In the Generic sense, how to identify the Chakras in your existence, what they want to tell you, and how you can relate to them are some of the basic questions answered here. Join this session to travel to this beautiful world inside and around you to discover a completely new self.   TOPIC 4 – Mandala Meditation: Mandalas are a great therapeutic medium and coming from a rich spiritual line are powerful tools not only for relaxation and stress relief but also for self-discovery. This session guides you on how to make your own Unique Mandala which you can meditate upon to heal you and to help you create a sacred space for yourself to reflect on your self-journey.
