This distinctive cuisine has the flavours of Arab, Brahmin, Zamorin and Chirakkal cuisines. Kozhikode and Thalassery are branded as the center of Malabar cuisine.

You will get a wide range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes that carry the distinctive taste and aroma of Malabar cuisine. Pancakes, steamed rice, fish, eggs and meat are some of the major highlights of Malabar cuisine.

I’ll teach you how to prepare all these mouth-watering dishes with some great Kerala food recipes. You’ll know about important tips and tricks to get the authentic Malabar cuisine flavors. Not just this, you can also enjoy a wide variety of seafood in this cuisine style.

Growing up in the Northern part of Kerala -Kannur, I was hugely influenced by Moppilah & Hindu Cuisines. My cooking style is effortless and simple. I always feel one needs to cook with love for the dish to come out delicious.
