About Host

Hey! I am Dr. Amaey Parekh, let me start by saying, I am a multitude of things –  I am a Counselling Psychologist, Art Therapist, Mindset Coach and Dentist based out of Mumbai, India. What happened was that my life took me on a journey of self-exploration and discovery.

So, I took my own passion for art, science, and spirituality to create a venture meant to help people be happier and more empowered. Having over 10 years of experience, I, now, regularly help my clients break their limiting beliefs and move towards a healed and successful version of themselves. In my daily life, I juggle all 3 careers – dentistry, art, and therapy… and that has made me a better person in every way. Also, a father to a Beagle! So, looking forward to an amazing and incredible time with all of you.

Indulge in Art Therapy for your Heart! Voice your feelings and give colors to them. Go deep inside your heart and create something beautiful just for yourself. Through your art, you will be able to connect with your inner voice and emotions and open yourself to your true feelings. You’ll come out feeling happier, calmer, and truly in bliss.

  In this program, we work together to reflect, meditate and create a beautiful piece of art representing our hearts and all that is within us. Join in to experience healing art without judgment and expectations. This is an art therapy workshop meant to provide emotional healing and inner joy. No art skills are required. This experience works on your heart’s energy center and activates it.   Please Note : This is not an art workshop but an art therapy experience to help heal your emotions !   What is Art Therapy?   Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses creative expression to help individuals explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences in a safe and supportive environment. Art therapy can include a variety of creative activities, such as painting, drawing, sculpting, and collage-making, among others.   The goal of art therapy is to help individuals gain insight into their emotional and psychological state, process difficult experiences, and develop coping mechanisms for managing stress, anxiety, and other mental health issues. Art therapy is often used in conjunction with traditional talk therapy and can be particularly helpful for individuals who have difficulty expressing themselves verbally or who prefer non-verbal forms of communication.   Art therapy is a regulated profession that requires specialized training and certification.
