What To Expect
Pointe du Hoc
One of the first town liberated by the American paratroopers. Discovering the town main square where, on June 6 1944 importants fights happened. Notre Dame church visit where the paratrooper John Steele staid stuck on the steeple.
Omaha Beach
Walking experience on the landing beach, code named "Utah Beach" (WN 5) where 28 000 Americans landed on DDay. Discovering german bunkers and beach obstacles.
Cimetiere Americain de Colleville-sur-Mer
Operation led by the 2nd Rangers battalion and its Colonel James Rudder. Cliffs climbing and fights to destroy 6 long range german guns. Very important mission to secure Omaha & Utah beach.
Utah Beach
"Bloody Omaha". On June 6 1944, 32 000 Americans had to capture that 4 miles long landing beach extremely defended by the German army.
Sainte-Mere-Eglise
