What To Expect
Mount Everest

Starts from Kathmandu airport for Everest base camp helicopter tour with landing at Kalapather viewpoint continue to Lukla airport by helicopter (AIRBUS H125) Eurocopter 350 Model. A quick stop at Lukla to drop fuel. Continue to Pheriche 4200meter if we need to split passengers if 4-6 pax flying together. For the base camp part flight from 4200 meters, all get window seats. 5:30 AM: Transfer from the hotel to Kathmandu Airport Check-in at the Helicopter counter (please bring passport) 06:30 AM: Flight to Lukla 07:30 AM: Defuel at Lukla 07:50 AM: Flight towards Everest Base camp. 08:25 AM: Overfly the Everest Base Camp and land at Kala Patter 5400m for photos and video 08:55 AM: Flight to Shangboche, Everest View Hotel(subject to weather) & have the optional Breakfast. First, stop for fuel purposes. This is the airport where trekkers land and start the trek to Everest base camp.

Lukla

This is the splitting place if we have more than 3 pax flying together. we fly 2 people first, then 3 people so all get window seats guaranteed for this Everest base camp part only.

Kalapather viewpoint landing after Base camp overfly. From the Base camp, no view of Everest, for a view of Everest this Kalapather helipad is the best place. There is less air pressure so we spend only a few minutes.

Breakfast point during Everest helicopter flight. Stop at Hotel Everest View(Subject to the Weather), Usually, we have one hour, and carry USD 31 per person for Set Breakfast.

Back to Kathmandu from Everest base camp by helicopter with landing, Hotel Everest view to Kathmandu via Lukla takes one hour. The captain can fly either via Lukla or directly depending on the fuel situation.
